How To Use

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry skin completely, removing all products, oil, and dirt.
  2. If needed, warm the product under hot water, allowing for fingers to easily scoop the paste out.
  3. In the direction of the hair growth, apply a thin layer of paste on the skin, leaving excess product at the end for a lip to pull. Quickly remove the product in the opposite direction of the hair growth keeping it parallel and close to the skin.
  4. Continue to use the same piece of paste until it no longer removes the hair easily. Store product at room temperature.

Warning: ALWAYS TEST TEMPERATURE BEFORE USE. SUGAR PASTE TEMPERATURE SHOULD NEVER EXCEED 25° C / 77° F, AS IT COULD RESULT IN BURNS AND WILL NOT WORK. Skin irritations/redness may occur initially.

Your Go-To Guide for Using Our Sugar Wax

FAQ

How can I get the sugar wax out of the jar more easily?

Heat the jar with hot water to soften the paste around the edges first. Use your finger to scoop around the edge of the jar for easier removal.

Is sugar wax suitable for sensitive skin? Will it cause scabs like other waxes?

Sugaring is ideal for sensitive skin as it doesn’t adhere to the skin in the same way traditional waxes do. It exfoliates without pulling off the skin, so it won’t cause scabs.

Does sugaring hurt?

Sugaring can cause some discomfort, especially if it's your first time, but many find it less painful than traditional waxing because it doesn’t adhere to the skin as strongly.

Is the sugar wax eco-friendly?

Yes, our sugar wax is made from all-natural ingredients and comes in a reusable glass jar, making it an eco-friendly choice for hair removal.

How do I remove any residual sugar paste after use?

Simply use warm water to remove any leftover sugar paste. That’s all you need!

Can I reheat the sugar wax multiple times?

Absolutely! You can warm the paste whenever you need to use it. When not in use, it will harden, but you can easily soften it again by running the jar under hot water.

Do you have any aftercare tips for sugaring?

If the sugared area feels tender, apply hydrocortisone cream or a cool compress. Avoid direct sunlight and tanning for at least 24 hours. Also, refrain from shaving or removing stray hairs immediately after sugaring.

How long should I heat the jar to soften the paste?

Typically, heating the jar in hot water for about 7-10 minutes is sufficient to soften the paste. Adjust the time based on the consistency you prefer.

Is sugar wax safe to use on all body parts?

Yes, sugar wax is gentle enough to be used on all body parts, including sensitive areas like the face and bikini line.

How often should I use sugar wax for hair removal?

It depends on your hair growth cycle, but generally, every 3-4 weeks is recommended for smooth skin.

Can I use sugar wax if I have a sunburn or skin irritation?

It’s best to avoid using sugar wax on sunburned or irritated skin. Wait until your skin has fully healed before sugaring.
